Late Winter, Early Spring

We planned this trip for about nine months. The idea was to head west to Kanab, Utah for a month and to explore and photograph the beauty of the region from mid-March to mid-April. On the way we stopped off for a few days in Durango, Colorado for a Rocky Mountain High. Now we are in Kanab, the weather is fine and this town has the friendliest people on earth.
The month we spent in Kanab was delightful. We hit the major National Parks and some little known areas that highlighted the beauty of the region. The last couple of days was spent in Moab viewing Arches NP and tomorrow we head East.
